Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once placed shall not be cancelled or exchanged for another product at any cause. Raising issues on full or partial cancellation of orders once placed is not appreciated.

  • If a particular item in your entire order cannot be processed by us, the item can be replaced for an equivalent value or additional value item considering the additional price can be paid.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed. However, if you need assistance, please contact us promptly, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

Return Policy

We shall not accept return, refund or exchange requests raised for any of our products unless and until the damage is caused prior to delivery.

We are duly responsible for any damage caused to the merchandise while in transit to the buyer.

Please refer to our exchange policy for how a defective item can be exchanged.

We strive to ensure that you receive exactly what you expect. However, please review the conditions below:

When Returns/Exchanges Are Not Accepted

  • Minor color variation (10–15%) due to lighting or screen resolution differences.

  • Dislike of fabric, material, or color after delivery.

  • Change of mind after placing the order.

  • Products purchased under SALE or discounted categories.


Refund & Exchange Policy

As a company policy we do not provide refund on any product sold. A refund would be initiated only in case when we are not able to process the order.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchange Due to Size Issues

  • Customers are strongly advised to refer to the size chart available on each product page before placing an order. Incase any doubts about size please contact us on Email or WhatsApp on following Ids.

Exchange for Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Products

We maintain strict quality checks; however, in rare cases:

  1. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  2. Share clear video and images of the product along with your Order ID via email- support@elegancefashion.in or WhatsApp +91 7560973521 as per following format.

     

    1. First show 360° seal parcel pack , that parcel is completely seal 

    2. Show tracking slip above parcel *very clearly*

    3. Then open the parcel , dont pause or cut video..
    you can make long video , But show everything including what product you get , if any damage issue , missing product  

    *show everything in 1 complete video without pause or cut*

    No complaint will be accepted without proper opening video

     

     

Process:

  • Once verified and approved, you will be provided with a return address.

  • A replacement will be dispatched after we receive the returned product (subject to availability).

  • If replacement is not available, a store credit of the same value will be issued.

  • Customers are required to ship the product back at their own expense to the provided return address.

Store Credit Validity: 15 days from the date of issue.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable in cases of non-availability of items.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.


Important Guidelines

  • Products must be returned in unused, unwashed, and original condition with all tags intact.

  • Elegance Fashion reserves the right to reject any return request that does not meet the above conditions.

  • All decisions regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds will be made at the sole discretion of Elegance Fashion.
